OS-6MTs laboratory centrifuge
Stationary, batch-type centrifuge with a digital control system.
Designed for the separation of heterogeneous liquid systems with a density of up to 2 g/cm³ in a centrifugal force field using specialized rotors.
The centrifuge is used in laboratory diagnostics, at blood donation centers, and for research in the field of medicine.
Maximum separation factor – 7,300.
Maximum centrifuge capacity – 4,000 ml.
The centrifuge has a memory for 16 operating programs, including settings for rotor type, rotation speed, operating time, acceleration time, and braking time, and provides digital indication of operating modes. Rotation speed is programmable.
It allows for setting the rotation speed from 500 rpm to 6,000 rpm with a 100 rpm increment.
The operating time adjustment range in automatic drive shut-off mode is up to 99 minutes with a 1-minute increment.
Acceleration time to the set rotation speed is programmable, from 0 to 99 minutes with a 1-minute increment.
Time to reach steady-state operating mode and braking time (with slow acceleration and braking mode disabled) – no more than 8 minutes.
Braking time is programmable.
The braking time adjustment range is up to 99 minutes with a 1-minute increment.
The centrifuge features a safety system that provides:
locking of rotor rotation when the lid is open;
locking of the lid until the rotor has come to a complete stop;
automatic shut-off of rotor rotation if the maximum permissible speed for the rotor is exceeded;
automatic shut-off of the centrifuge in case of rotor imbalance.
The centrifuge delivery set includes interchangeable rotors: RK4x750K, RK4x750MK, RK8x90MK; RU8x90K, RU60x25K, RU12x50K; RKS4x1000.
The type of rotor supplied with the centrifuge is determined by the order.
