Bolt

We’re on a mission to build cities for people, not cars.
Bolt is the first European mobility super-app. We are fighting for better cities and against private cars, offering a better alternative to every purpose a private car serves – including ride-hailing, shared cars and scooters, and food and grocery delivery.

Freedom of movement
We believe that most trips in the city don’t require the use of a personal car.

At Bolt, we’re building a future in which people are no longer forced to buy a car to get around. Where people have the freedom to use transportation on demand, choosing whatever vehicle is best for each occasion.

Bolt Scooters and E-bikes
Bolt offers scooter and e-bike rental services across Europe, designed to replace shorter car trips with a more sustainable alternative. Our Rentals team is responsible for creating the future of micromobility.

Bolt Drive
Cars — they sit around doing nothing 95% of the time, occupying parking spaces that could host trees, parks, or playgrounds. Bolt Drive was designed to encourage people to quit personal car ownership and opt for a vehicle that they only use as and when they need it.

Who are we looking for?
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence and integrity. In other words, people who work hard, learn quickly and care about those around them.

We focus on what each person can become, not only what they’ve done in the past.

Dozens of people at Bolt started off with no relevant experience, but quickly grew into leading large teams and impacting the lives of millions of people on a daily-basis.
