The safety and guarantees are provided by the state of Dubai itself, because for each project we open an Escrow account, where the funds are stored and monitored by the government. The funds will be paid to the developer after they complete the project and are disbursed gradually during the construction process from the Escrow account, after the government verifies the work done for which the funds were allocated.
