All applications for admission are to be made in the prescribed admission form with all details required therein duly filled by the parents or guardians who will be responsible to the head of the school for the student’s conduct, punctuality, regular attendance and payment of fees. The head of the school has the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons. Students already schooling in recognized institutions in India or in the schools affiliated by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi is admitted in the same class for which they hold the transfer certificate. Students are expected to have studied in the classes or in the same class the subjects which form part of the curriculum of this school. Students who have not completed a regular course of study in Grade IX or XI in an institution recognized by the CBSE are not eligible for admission in Grade X or XII of this school. Passing Grade X examination from this school does not guarantee automatic admission to Grade XI. The student’s previous record of discipline and academic performance will be the deciding factor. To print the form please use the registration number. The symbol * represents mandatory fields. Registering online does not guarantee enrollment at The Royal Academy, Ajman. Applicants are required to appear for an aptitude test (Grade 1 and above) /interaction (KG1/KG2). Enrollment is subject to availability of seats and is on a ‘first-come-first-served basis. All enrollments are subject to approval by the MOE UAE. Students with valid residence visa and Emirates ID will be approved for enrollment by the MOE UAE. Registration Prospectus and application forms are available with the Admissions department. Seats are available on a first come first served basis only. Admission depends upon existing vacancies. We suggest that the child is registered as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as there is a long waiting list. Registration Procedure Preliminary Registration Complete the School Application Form. Submit the completed School Application Form together with the required documents to the Admission Officer. Pay the registration fee. Final Registration Diagnostic tests are scheduled and within two days after the entrance test, results are conveyed to the parents. In order to finish the registration procedure, parents pay the first installment of the tuition fee at the beginning of the classes. A Birth Certificate (Stamped by the originating country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the UAE Embassy in that country). A photocopy of the child’s passport. A photocopy of the sponsor’s passport (With valid residence visa). Two recent passport-size photos. Previous school report or transcript (An officially-stamped copy of this transcript is required). Attested Transfer Certificate (In Arabic or English and officially stamped). Vaccination Record. A photocopy of the applicant’s vaccination card. A Good Conduct Certificate from the previous school (for grades 1 – Grade 9). A map showing the residential address of applicants who wish to use school transport. KG 1 to Grade 1 Documents Required Students starting school for the first time Two copies of Birth certificate in either English or Arabic. Full details of all vaccinations and immunizations administered on your child From Grade 2 Onwards Documents Required Students transferring from another school in Ajman A Transfer certificate from the previous School. Students transferring from another Educational Zone in the U.A.E Transfer certificate from the previous School attested by the previous Educational Zone. Students coming from schools in UAE Original school reports from the previous school. This should include the grade the student has completed or is currently studying in and attested transfer certificate. Students coming from schools in GCC countries Previous school report by the previous Ministry of Education. Students coming from schools in other countries outside the U.A.E Transfer certificate from the previous school attested by the previous Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs plus the UAE Embassy in that country.
