We are pleased to accept application for Nursery to year 13 (Grade 12) for the Next Academic Year * Please note that applications will become invalid if the wrong date of birth is entered or any information regarding pre-existing conditions or additional needs is not included. All mandatory fields marked * should be completed. Contact details (numbers & email IDs) should be accurate. Please make sure you have the following documents (electronic format) ready for uploading To Apply for Nursery (FS1) & FS2 (KG1) Student's Emirates ID (front & back) OR Student's passport page (If Emirates ID is in the process) To Apply for Year 1 (KG2)–Year 13 (Grade 12) Student's Emirates ID (front & back) OR Student's passport page (If Emirates ID is under process) Most recent report card from the current school (last year term 3 report card or term 1 report card Kindly note the application number which you will find in the acknowledgment e-mail as it is needed for all future correspondence. After submitting your online application, your child's details will be reviewed by the Admissions Department. If the details match our selection criteria, we will contact you and invite your child to attend an interview at the school. All correspondence will be by email. Please make sure that you enter the correct email address in the application form. Please note the ADEK attestation requirements stated below if your child is coming from out of Emirate or from outside the UAE. If your child is coming from a Private, Ministry or Charter school within Abu Dhabi they should be able to download the official ADEK End of Year mark list and transfer certificate from Tasjeel if you cannot take this from the school. The school report will not be accepted, it must be the End of Year ADEK mark list. Applications for year 9 to 13. An ADEK Mark Calculation Document completed and signed An ADEK Parent Undertaking of No transfer until meet equivalency completed and signed An ADEK Grade – Year Equivalency Document completed and signed An ADEK Graduation Requirement Document completed and signed The exam board transcript for any GCSEs sat in Year 11 if applying to Year 13 Documents required to complete the ADEK registration The attested, end of year mark list for the current academic year from the student’s current school in English or with an English legal translation attached The attested, original Transfer Certificate from the current school in English or with an English legal translation attached Please note: In late August applicants for Year 12 and 13 will be required to submit the official Board result slips for their summer GCSE or AS Level exams. Offers for Y12 and 13 are conditional on receipt of adequate GCSE or AS Level results to graduate Y11 or 12 respectively. Y 11 graduation requirement: 5 GCSEs grade 3(D) or above including at least one English GCSE, Maths and at least one Science GCSE Y 12 graduation requirement: 2 iAS Levels at grade D or above – if the student has taken iAS Levels. Please note the ADEK attestation requirements stated below if your child is coming from out of Emirate or from outside the UAE.
