Our Admissions are open as per approval of ADEK and availability of seats. Our Academic Year is from April to March every year. The Registration for New Academic Year The registrations for academic Year will start on Monday, 24th January and will end on Tuesday, 15th February, for KG-1 to Grade -9. Placement Test Syllabus Grade wise KG1 & KG2 The placement test for KG1 is interview-based. For KG2 the test is based on interview and written assessment. Online Admission Test Tutorial Keeping in view the current situation and our limitations Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Arab Pakistan School is conducting online admission tests to enable the students appear for the placement test without having to come at school. This tutorial has been uploaded to educate parents about online admission tests procedure. Admission is open from KG-1 to Grade XII to the children of all Nationalities on the basis of merit and subject to the availability of seats except “Arab Nationals” as per rules and regulations of ADEK and FBISE. Admission to the school is subject to the approval of the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), hence the School holds no responsibility, and should the admission be rejected. Admission Process You can process your admission once the admissions are opened in the first week of January from Sunday – Thursday, 08:00 am – 01:30 pm. Pre- registration date is announced on the school website and through our all social media networks school notice boards and through our existing students’ homework diaries. I- Pre-Registrations Upon opening of the admissions, the Admission Manager will assist parents in filling out the Pre- Registration Form (PRF) along with the colored photocopy of their child’s Emirate ID or Passport. The Pre-Registration form will be available on the website and School Admission Office from January 24 to February 15. Aspiring parents are allotted the placement test date and syllabus. II- Placement Test Once the Pre- Registration Process is complete, time and date will be given to the parents and child for the Admission test. The Section Head, Deputy Section Head and class teacher may be present at the time of the test. This testing will assess each student’s level of skills based on his or her appropriate age and academics as per guidelines of ADEK. Parent will later be informed of the results irrespective of whether the child has cleared the test or not. Students registered for Grades I to VIII will have written tests in English, Urdu and Mathematics. Admission for Grade I to VIII will be considered after securing minimum 35% marks in the above mentioned subjects. Students registered for Grade IX will have written test in English, Urdu, Science and Mathematics. Admission to Grade IX Science Group will be considered after securing minimum 50% marks in the above mentioned subjects. Admission to Grade IX Humanities/Arts Group will be considered after securing minimum 35% marks in the above mentioned subjects. III- Result Announcement Successful candidates are admitted with completely filled in Admission form and documents required as per the guidelines of the ADEK and e-SIS requirements. Parents are required to remit the first installment of fee at the time of admission. Fee once paid is generally not refunded in any circumstances unless otherwise decided by the management on the merit of the reason for such cancellation. Our Admissions are open as per approval of ADEK and availability of seats. Our Academic Year is from April to March every year. We have three terms in one Academic Session. First term is from April to June, Second Term is from September to December and Third Term is from January to March. The school admission tests are set purely for the purposes of determining a child’s academic suitability. Test papers and results are not shared. These are purely for the schools’ diagnostic purposes.
