Like all other private independent schools our institution also charges tuition fee and relies on it to meet its operational budget and to maintain its facilities. Payment Schedule Tuition fee is charged for a total of 10 x months in an academic year excluding the summer vacation (July and August). Fee is collected from students on three term basis as per schedule given below. However, parents may deposit advance fee on half yearly or annual basis if they so desire. A fee collector (cashier) is detailed on a full time basis to collect fees. There is a provision of separate ladies and gents’ fee counter in the school premises to facilitate the fee depositors. Fee must be paid before 10th of April, September and January failing which two reminders will be issued to the parents with an interval of 10 days each to pay the school dues promptly. In case there is no response on the part of parents then the school may suspend such fee defaulting students temporarily, withhold their final results or abstain from issuing the certificates until the payment of school dues is settled. The bus facility, if availed by such students, to pick/drop off them may also be terminated after expiry of the second reminder’s time. Fee can be deposited in cash or current dated cheque. However, post-dated cheques are not accepted Note: In case of non-payment of dues the name of student will be forwarded to the Ministry of Education for cancellation of admission under the rules.
