To make the payment process as easy as possible, we have developed a range of simple and straightforward payment options, as well as a clear, concise fee structure. This includes but is not limited to: Transfer details including swift confirmation, Parent name/parent code Name of student and Grade and Enrollment number Please send this proof, which will enable accountants to trace your payment to Mr. Ahmed. and/or Mr. Shaheer in AMPSโ€™ Accounts Office. Kindly also remember to add the service fee for the wire transfer so that we receive the total amount due. Disclaimer: Please note that school fees for the upcoming academic year are subject to change in accordance with Article 51 the Bylaw of Federal Law No. (28) of 1999 Concerning Private Education and applicable regulations. Fees for Current Academic Year Fees are payable in four installments; an initial deposit followed by three-term installments.  Checks are automatically deposited as per schedule; checks will not be held.  There is an AED 250 fee for all returned checks.  The school will make three attempts to redeposit returned checks. (Subject to KHDA approval) For New Parents: An initial deposit of 10% of the annual tuition fees must be made within seven days of receiving an offer of a place. This deposit is nonrefundable. Should there be a change in circumstances, which necessitates a withdrawal, once the deposit has been paid, any PDCs/fee payments submitted would be returned in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy. Failure to make initial payment at the time of acceptance of place will result in the offer of a place being withdrawn for the forthcoming academic year. For Current Parents: A deposit of 5% of the annual tuition fees, or AED 500 (Whichever is higher) is due at the time of re-registration. This deposit is nonrefundable. Should there be a change in circumstances, which necessitates a withdrawal once the deposit has been paid, any PDCs submitted will be returned in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy. Failure to make initial payment at the time of re-registration will result in the childโ€™s place being withdrawn for the forthcoming academic year. Remaining Payment: If payment is made by check, parents have requested to remit three checks at the time of acceptance of place or re-registration as follows: First Installment Check: New parents pay 40% of Tuition fees โ€“ Check dated 7th September last year. Current parents pay 40% of Tuition fees โ€“ Check dated 7th September last year. All parents:  Books, uniform and transport fees are an additional cost to be paid by cash with the first installment check. Second Installment Check: 30% Tuition fees โ€“ check dated 7th December last year. Third Installment Check: 30% Tuition fees โ€“ check dated 7th March.
